Aerospace Controls' light weight high performance rotary actuators incorporate permanent magnet motors with planetary or worm gear reductions and are tailored for any available 28 VDC and 115 VAC 400 Hz  power sources. Manual override is offered as standard equipment and a wide variety of envelope packages are offered to meet required space constraints.

Our broad range of light weight high performance linear actuators feature cutting edge technology designed to meet the rigors to today's most demanding tasks. Environmentally sealed housings, noback accommodations and adjustable electrical and mechanical stops are among the many features incorporated to achieve high service life and reliability.

ITT Aerospace Controls recognizes that electrical noise is a major concern in today's modern aircraft. We can provide EMI filtration to suppress conducted and radiated emissions as well as insuring that units are not susceptible to emissions from other equipment. Protection against high intensity radiated fields (HIRF) as well as lightning are also offered. All units are designed to meet MIL-STD-461 & RTCA/DO-160 as standard practice and other specified requirements are within Aerospace Controls' development capability.
